Chemera is a molecular modelling and graphics application that also serves as the interface to BiGGER and PSICO. Currently Chemera 3.0 is freely available for non-profit use. Chemera 3.0 does not include PSICO, which is still under testing prior to public release.

Chemera was developed at the CENTRIA and REQUIMTE centers and supported by the scholarship grants BM 17904/98, BD 19628/99, BPD 12328/2003 and project PROTEINAS POSI/1999/SRI/33794 from the Portuguese Ministério da Ciência e do Ensino Superior, and by the REWERSE FP6-506779 project financed by the EU Comission and Switzerland.
