Here you can learn all you wish to know about me, and probably quite a bit more.
I am assistant professor at the Department of Computer Science (DI), Faculty of Science and Technology of the New University of Lisbon (FCT) I am also a member of CENTRIA, the research Center for Artificial Intelligence.
Though officially a biochemist, I work on bioinformatics, especifically on the application of AI techniques such as constraint programming and machine learning to problems of protein structure and interaction.
