Registration

Please read carefully the following items as they convey important information regarding registration.
Registration for JELIA'04 and CLIMA V will be handled jointly. A discount will be given to those who register for both meetings.

 

Registration Fees:

Registration fee for JELIA'04 includes:

- A copy of the JELIA'04 Proceedings;
- An excursion to Sintra (the excursion is included but you must express your wish to participate);
- Social Dinner;
- Coffee Breaks;
- Attendance to all JELIA'04 Technical Sessions.

Registration fee for CLIMA V includes:
- A copy of the CLIMA V Pre-Proceedings;
- Coffee Breaks;
- Attendance to all CLIMA V Technical Sessions.

Registration fee for JELIA'04 + CLIMA V includes:
- A copy of the JELIA'04 Proceedings;
- A copy of the CLIMA V Pre-Proceedings;
- An excursion to Sintra (the excursion is included but you must express your wish to participate);
- Social Dinner;
- Coffee Breaks;
- Attendance to all JELIA'04 and CLIMA V Technical Sessions.

Extras:

- Registration fee for CLIMA V alone does not include the Social Dinner or the Excursion to Sintra. If you are registering for CLIMA V only, and wish to participate in the Excursion (€40) and/or Social Dinner (€50), you have to choose the appropriate option in the registration form.
- Springer Verlag will publish the Post-Proceedings of CLIMA V as a volume of the Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence. You can pre-order the Post-Proceedings (€40) when you register and we will ship them to you once they are published.
- You can buy additional tickets for the Excursion to Sintra (€40) and the Social Dinner (€50).

- You can order extra copies of the JELIA'04 Proceedings (€60).

Refund Policy:
- Until September 7th, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded in case of cancellation.
- After September 7th, there will be no refunds in case of cancellation.

Note: Please state the full name of the participant on the bank transfer. Payments should be made in EUROS and without charges to the beneficiary. Also in the case of bank transfer, a copy should be sent to the fax or surface address found in the registration form.
- On Site registrations can be paid with cash.

Students:
- Students must send proof of status, together with the registration form, to be elegible for the special price.

To register, please follow the following steps:
1) read this page and agree with its content;
2) download the registration form;
3) fill out the form with complete payment information (if you use Acrobat Reader to fill out the form, the totals will be calculated automatically);
4) print the form;
5) sign the form;
6) send it by fax or regular mail according to the instructions on the form;

You will receive a confirmation, within two working days, after we receive your form. If you do not receive such confirmation, please contact us at jelia04@di.fct.unl.pt
