Portugal's capital since 1147, Lisbon is positioned on the north bank of the Tejo estuary, 17 kilometers from the Atlantic Ocean. While the city offers a full cultural calender, fine dining, entertainment and shopping opportunities that one expects in a European capital, the nightlife in Lisbon is particularly well regarded and recommended. Also, the late summer is among the very best times of year to visit Lisbon: the days are typically sunny and mild, the evenings are refreshing, and the sunlight at this time of year brings out subtle colors of the city that are quite beautiful. The registration fee includes conference proceedings and fancy (we're promised) buffet lunches with wine at the SANA during the conference.

hotel - conference location
The conference will be held September 21-23, 2005 at SANA Malhoa Hotal, Av. Jose Malhoa, 8, 1099-098 Lisbon.

Room rates (good only until August 15):
- Double room 90 Euro/night
- Single room 80 Euro/night

Rooms must be booked on or before August 15, 2005 to get these rates. When making a reservation at the SANA Malhoa, mention CMSRA. The contact person there is Andrea Silva.
