Registration fees include participation in the technical programme, a copy of the proccedings, all lunches (except on Sunday, 1st July) and coffee-breaks during the conference and the Welcome Reception on Sunday. Fees are indicated in Portuguese escudos (PTE and Euro).

Registration should be done by filling in the Registration Form (RTF or DOC or HTML format) and sending it to the AIME secretariat (see details in the form). (In case of doubt please contact secretaria@di.fct.unl.pt).
These will include a Welcome reception on Sunday, 1st July, and the Conference Dinner, on Tuesday, 3rd July. A tour around in the Cascais and Sintra area is also planned for accompanying persons on Monday, 2nd July. The conference fee already includes the payment for the Welcome Reception. The other events are charged separately.
Registration to social events should be done by filling in the Accomodation Form (RTF or DOC or HTML format) and sending it to Agência Abreu (see details in the form).
The Conference Dinner will take place in the Tagus estuary around Lisbon on board of the three-mast schooner “Leão Holandês”. The cost includes the sunset boat trip with open bar in the Tagus estuary around Lisbon and transportation from and to the hotels. The boat has a limited capacity of 75 guests, and priority will be assigned in a first-registered, first-served basis.
Departure from the Hotel towards the small town of Sintra, visit to the
Gothic Palace with wings dating from the 14th century, with rooms
and halls of Mudejar and
Gothic-Naturalistic architecture and beautiful ceramic tiles “azulejos” from those periods. The two huge conical kitchen
chimneys are the Medieval “ex-libris” of the town of Sintra. Visit to the
Moorish Castle.Continuation of the tour driving along the Mountain of Sintra,
whose luxuriant vegetation deserved the name of “Glorious Eden” by the poet Lord Byron. Stop by
the cliffs of Cape-Roca the Western-most point of Continental Europe.
Return to Cascais driving through Guincho beach and Boca do Inferno.
